Clover's Branch Commissions

1. Do not use my art for resale/ any marketing purposes without my permission. Permission granted people will have a special watermark, making it available for resale/ marketing. To discuss further on what is okay and what isn't, feel free to hit up my Instagram!

2. All payments are to be made in USD. I do not accept other online currency such as bit coin, Amino coins or any forms of crypto currency. If you are using a foreign currency, please be aware I will only use PayPal for out of country payments, and please also be more aware of currency differences and PayPal's extra cost.

3. By commissioning me, you fully consent and understand the rules set in place which were made long before my first ever commission, and have not changed since. Any updates to the rules will be dated and timed, as well as labeled accordingly. If you have issues with my rules, please understand they are set in place as a safety net, incase something goes wrong in a commission. If you want me to change a rule, just for you, the answer is no.

4. Any art of mine that is posted on any social media platform must have me,( the creator), credited and tagged accordingly. Any who fail to do so will have their post taken down by said social media platforms and you will be banned from ever commissioning me. As the creator, I am allowed to use the piece in my own advertising/posts. However, you will always be tagged and credited to in each post.

5. I do not condone the use of my art in forms of blackmail, hate crimes, hate speech - etc. I will not accept any commissions with these attributes either. If somehow it got snuck in without my notice ( for those who edit a lot ), I will instantly report you, the piece, and take down the piece in as may platforms as I can when I see it. All forms of hate crimes/speech are not allowed on a multitude of socials, and that will not differ here. Please report on my contact page if you find something like this.

6. Stealing is a crime, so if you are to steal my art and claim it as your own I will come at you legally after the first warning. Each piece has something you don't know is in the piece, so you wouldn't be able to claim it as yours due to lack of evidence. If you are tracing my art and posting claiming the style is your own, I will call you out on your mistake and report your post. Tracing my art as practice is A-okay, and if you post the practice crediting me for my style and art used it will also be A-okay.

7. All payments are made upfront before any art begins. Refunds are available 48 hours after purchase, however if I complete your art the next day, this is not applicable. Commissions can take from 1-2 weeks on a normal schedule. If you wish to cancel at a later date, you will not be given a refund, even if it was a mistake. 8. I have the right to cancel, and deny any art without refund. Of course, if I canceled in the 48 hour refund period I would grant a refund. However, I can and will deny all art with no refunds with the 48 hour grace period removed if your art contained hate speech/crimes, being rude to the artist, Claiming the WIPS I set to you pics to you as your own, etc. If I had to cancel your art past the 48 hour period for personal reasons, I will work out the details with you as a substitute for the cancel.

9. Discounts are available, and happen at random. Another random discount is if I enjoyed working on your piece immensely ( doesn't happen often, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy all pieces!

All who commission me are required to understand and accept these rules.
